There's a one minute item, christian, before we call yours, and that's one that we discussed in session. 11, discuss three year market salary survey and strategic plan and take appropriate action.

>> very quickly, there was an early memo from constable van raising some questions. I want to assure you because I got involved in that that linda and constable van had very good discussions. It will be a routine personnel item related to making the adjustments and everything is cool. Thank you, linda.
