There's a one minute item, christian, before we call yours, and that's one that we discussed in session. 11, discuss three year market salary survey and strategic plan and take appropriate action.

>> there's a difference when we're going to do market reviews of thing and the responsibility every official has on an annual basis to make decisions based on the annual appropriations to your staff. This doesn't affect whether you take somebody out of green circle status.

>> very quickly, there was an early memo from constable van raising some questions. I want to assure you because I got involved in that that linda and constable van had very good discussions. It will be a routine personnel item related to making the adjustments and everything is cool. Thank you, linda.
