>> move to open the public hearing.
>> second.
>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. Can you tell us about that sequential closing, first?
>> I have the engineer here. He with tell you. I’m assuming that it means that they are going from street to street sequentially, come on up.
>> in 60 second or less an explanation.
>> this is joe hall our engineer.
>> good morning, joe hall with travis t.n.r. This is a 30-inch water line running from farm-to-market 1826 over to highway 290, and they will be starting at the west ends of the neighborhood and working their way progressively through the neighborhood up to 290. And essentially they will be working on one section of the pipeline at that time. As the pipeline progresses in construction, so will the -- the closure will progress along with it. So basically it will be the 100, 150 feet right adjacent to where they are working at any one time.
>> so we will close a short section. The rest of the road will be open?
>> yes, sir.
>> okay. Makes sense to me. Any objections to -- called to our attention?
>> no, sir.
>> recommendation by t.n.r. To do it?
>> yes, sir.
>> would anyone like to give testimony during this public hearing.
>> move to close the public hearing.
>> second.
>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. This is action item no. 23 today. And will probably be part of our consent motion, which we should take very soon.
