3. Receive comments regarding a proposed street name assignment for a private easement to be known as "rutter lane" off fitzhugh road near the hays county line, in precinct 3.

>> carol joseph, t.n.r. The residents of that neighborhood petitioned the coordinating committee, address coordinating committee to name that particular easement. In no way obligates the county to maintenance. It's just a matter of -- of e.m.s., 911, purposes. And we recommend approval.
>> any objections called to our attention?
>> no, sir.
>> this item has gotten me choked up a little bit. [laughter] would anyone like to give testimony during this public hearing?
>> move to close the public hearing.
>> second. All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. This is action item no. 22 today.
