Consent Items

View captioned video.

Posted for consent are c-1 through c-5. I show those to be ready for action. We have been asked to consider adding the following items to the consent motion. If you would like for us to discuss any of these separately, please say so as we call out the number. Number 4, 5, any issues on 6?
>> all add-ons.
>> they are kind of small, but it's pretty important, but we're getting there. Six will be part of the consent motion. All of 7, a, b, c, d and e. Then we jump to 14. I think we ought to have a little discussion of 11 and 12. 11 sort of asks for action. 11 and 12 let's discuss briefly. 14, 15, -- 14 and 15. Then we jump to 21. 22, a long list of purchasing items here. 23, 24, 25, 26, 27.
>> I have a question --
>> 27 will not be part of the consent motion. 28, 29. Now, on number 30, the increase from 110 to 150, for modified roofing, the question is may we legally do a modification? I recall another lesson from purchasing that we're limited to 25%. Does that come into play?
>> [inaudible - no mic].
>> not this one? That's one opinion. Barbara, is the second one consistent with this one? Hold it right there. We'll come right back to it. How's that? We'll come back to 30. Because if we can do it legally it makes sense to me. 31 a and b.
>> judge, not b.
>> 31 a.
>> next week, frank?
>> it might be today. We're still negotiating that.
>> 31 a has a possibility for this afternoon. I mean 31 b. Why don't we hold all of 31. We'll call it up this afternoon. 32.
>> did that get sorted out? I’ll ask barbara that quick question.
>> pull 32? All right. If we do that, it's from the self-insurance health insurance fund, risk management division would be the source of funding for that $4,442.50. We'll call 32 up later. 33, 34, 35.
>> with our thanks to the downtown Austin alliance for their contribution of a thousand dollars.
>> I have a question on 35.
>> 35 will not be part of the consent motion. We'll pull it up separately. Motion by Commissioner Gomez to approve the consent agenda. Would anybody like any more pulled for separate discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
