But probably not discuss the designation of a part that was signed in executive session, I have read all of 25 in its entirety, there ever I do not need to read it again, right, john?
>> you will be taking that under --
>> consultation with attorney.
>> real estate.

we have returned from executive session where we have discussed part of our items, we will go back into executive session after lunch, move that we recess until 1:30.
>> second.
>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.

this morning we convened in executive session and discussed about four items. However we need to reconvene in executive session and complete the executive session work, including item 34. Which involves a potential purchase of real estate in central Austin, that's the real property exception to the open meetings act. 35 legal briefing and appropriate action on tax rebate agreement with samsung Austin semiconductor. That's consultation with attorney. 36 legal briefing and appropriate action on tax abatement agreement with home depot, u.s.a., inc. That's consultation with attorney, also. And 37, consider and -- any appropriate action on a proposed agreement with joseph l.lassald for professional consulting services for the county, that's posted under consultation with attorney, also, we will con seen in executive session at this time -- convene in executive session at this time but will return to open court before taking any action on any of the items that we discuss.

we have returned from executive session where we discussed some items this afternoon and some from this morning. We discussed item 25, a dna b and c. And we appreciate the legal briefing; all of those sub-parts will be will be back on the courts agenda next week in the event that it's ready for action. We did discuss 33 a and b, I nuevo laredo we -- I move that we agree to give the city of Austin a right of entry and possession upon 5.745-acres, the acre tract in precinct 3. Also that we convey to the city of Austin in fee simple the easement, right of entry, rather, and possession described in 33 a for the sum of $2,416. When the city has already paid us.
>> there's a resale deed for you to sign, judge.
>> is there?
>> we authorize the county judge to design whatever deed has been prepared for us by our diligent county attorney's office.
>> second.
>> discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. Number 34 involves the real estate in central Austin. There's additional due diligence being done on that, we did give staff directions, hopefully we will have the appropriate backup documentation to take action next week, so 34 will be back on. On 35, we are working through the -- the points of disagreement with samsung, Austin semiconductor. Marietta and I will chat with the samsung representatives as I’m sure I’ll get a phone call. Between now and then and hopefully by this time next week we will have outstanding issues resolved. We will need to amend our policy so we will have that posted next week, we will have this contract posted for action, also. So 35 will be back on the court's agenda. Pretty much the same can be said about 36, we have worked through most of the major issues. I’m available for -- for telephone conversation this evening if you all would like to do that. But our goal is to have an agreement that we can act on next Tuesday. We do need to amend the outstanding county policy in order to -- in order to do the changes that we have in mind, otherwise 36 will be ready next week, also. Any comments from any of you gentlemen? Well, we appreciate having you today. Sitting out there it's got to be a lot more fun than sitting up here. But hopefully we will get this done next week. 37 we did discuss in full and we have a motion on a -- on a 10 day contract.
>> I would make that motion, judge. In terms of the scope that has been laid out, the by alicia perez to turn that into an actual signed document in terms of scope, price, deliverables, et cetera. But to use the document that we were presented today to turn into an employment --
>> second.
>> any discussion? And we will be working maybe not so much with the contract but with the other issues as we discuss -- that we discussed related to this contract and the duties performed by ms. Perez, mr. Hobby and mr. Trimble for us, these two broad areas. I think next week we ought to have this posted so we can act on -- will it be ready next week? There are some options that we looked at, four on a page, I don't know whether others are not. One week or two weeks, look at those. And I do think we ought to land on them one way or the other, because we have got postings and I guess applications being submitted. Let's say two weeks, though.
>> we can do it. We need to work up some boxes and I don't presume that's something that can be done on the dais.
>> okay.
>> we will --
>> 29th?
>> a hybrid of 37.
>> yeah, second.
>> back on in two weeks. And we will need additional different language for that to get done what we need done for us. And melissa, according to my records, that does it for us.
>> 24 we rolled -- what.
>> what I did was give you over lunch some changes that were made to the draft that was prepared for us for the representatives from dallas, if you all will look over that between now and next week. Give me whatever changes you see fit, if any, I’ll incorporate them, maybe next week we can take whatever action we deem appropriate on that item.
>> okay.
>> 22?
>> that's 24.
>> 22.
>> 22 was automatically, that's the big personal rollout.
>> is that right, on the c.i.p. Stuff? Christian is rolling all of that debt --
>> right.
>> c.i.p. Stuff.
>> [indiscernible]
>> 37.
>> we did not vote on it? Motion by Commissioner Sonleitner, seconded by Commissioner Gomez, discussion? On the joe lessard 90 day contract. All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. Pulled forever. Anything else?
>> move adjourn. Motion toadjourn by Commissioner Davis. All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
