Consent Items
Listed on the agenda under consent are c-1 through c-8, and I show all of those to be ready, c-1 through c-8. And we've been asked to consider adding the following items to the consent motion. If you would like for us to discuss any of these separately, please say so as we call out the number. Number 6, 7, 14, 15-a and b. 16 there were -- did we work 16 out? Did we need it up for discussion after consent?
>> probably a good idea.
>> 18, all of 19, which is 19-a and b, 20, 21, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 29, 31.
>> judge, we need to postpone 31-d.
>> so a, b, c and e yes. D postponed. You still stand behind your e-mail, right?
>> yes.
>> the question was about law firms. Two of these was the e-mail. So 31-d we postpone. The rest of 31 is part of the consent motion. 32, 33. Did I announce before if we could take 34 up around 11:00 o'clock? Did I say that? I think I suggested that yesterday, but with the bfi item being taken off, 34 at 11:00 o'clock. 35. Any issues with 11?
>> 37 or 36?
>> 37. 36 I’m not recommending for consent. So 35 to 37, and 39. And I guess whether we have issues in dana's shop whether we have issues to discuss?
>> [inaudible - no mic].
>> so have it back on next week? 38? Let's just hold it around until late morning and see what happens. 1137 and -- flefn and 38 -- 37 and 38 would be the last two. All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
