Item number 16, is to consider and take appropriate action on the request to use alternative fiscal for the commons at rowe lane, phase 1, a subdivision in precinct 2.
>> we do now have the documents for the alternate fiscal and the security agreement for the revegetation in the event the improvements are not done during construction, and we recommend approval of this by the commissionrs court with the following provision: that the applicant post the necessary fiscal for the post-construction bonding prior to the time the county files the plat. We're going to hold the plat in abay ens while it's constructing. We have an alternate fiscal while it's done so we can revegetate. What we don't have is a bond that will carry under the warranty period. And it is our understanding that the developer will post that before we file the plat and that allows him to sell lots.
>> and they are done in that condition?
>> that's right.
>> and I’m going to move that and ask joe -- ask if there's a question on wording in terms of the very specific posting of the appropriate fiscal bond?
>> can you just state the condition again so we can understand it and melissa can pick it up and put it in the minutes?
>> we recommend the alternate fiscal granting, the alternate fiscal policy for the subdivision and the receipt of a cash agreement for revegetation that is a condition of the county filing the plat with the county clerk's office, that the developer would post a bond for the one-year warranty period following the construction.
