Number two is a public hearing to receive comments regarding temporarily closing littig road east on bitting school road November 22nd, 2005, to replace a damaged culvert under the road in precinct 1.

>> yes. This is a damaged culvert where we will need to close the road up to three weeks to replace this culvert. And for traffic safety purposes, we recommend that we close the road.
>> so we're talking about really from November second through roughly November 22nd, three weeks?
>> that's correct.
>> have we had the appropriate communication with the school district here, joe?
>> I believe we have, yes.
>> would anyone like to give testimony during this public hearing?
>> move the public hearing be closed.
