Number one is a public hearing to receive comments regarding a plat for recordings in precinct three, resubdivision of lot 1, block 49, Austin lake hills, section one, resubdivision, short form plat, two lots, 34.146 acres, village west drive, no fiscal required, city of Austin e.t.j.

>> good morning, joe gieselman. The owner of this lot, which is 4.14 acres, wishes to subdivide the lot into two separate pieces. The existing land uses would remain. Basically it's to enable the sale of part of the business, which is a car wash. And we have had several inquiries regarding the posting, but have no objection to it.
>> would anyone like to give any public testimony during this public hearing.
>> move the public hearing be closed.
>> all in favor may? That will be action item today 11 on today's agenda.
