we have returned from executive session where we discussed the following items. Number 45 involving parking spaces at the county lease at 504 west 11th street. I move that we accept the proposed contract that goes from November first 2005 through October 31st, 2008. Discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. We did discuss number 46. I don't think there's any action to take today. It will be back on next week. So we'll have it back on 11/1/05. And item number 47, which involves the potential purchase of real property located in central Austin, I move a two part motion. The first part is we submit a nonbinding letter of intent to the owners of a building to purchase to begin purchase negotiations. And the second part is that we secure the services of alliance to represent Travis County with negotiations. Is that it?
>> investors asiens. -- investors alliance.
>> okay.
>> and judge, I think they were wanting to know that there was permission for facilities to have appropriate conversations with potential taken nants -- tenants if indeed this thing were to move forward. Without permission being granted by us.
>> I think that's fine without objection by any committee member. Discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. 48 involves the county's potential purchase of real property for southwest metropolitan park and/or open space located in precinct 3. Any action today?
>> no.
>> we did --
>> we'll bring that back in the next couple of weeks.
>> actually, I think joe wants it on the agenda every week, keep it on the agenda until we take it off.
>> we'll have it on next week: 49, the county policy regarding constructed encroachments in the county right-of-way without permission or knowledge of the county. We discussed this item. We'll have it back on on November 15th of '05 for action. Anything else on that today? Number 50 regarding lease purchase agreement for the jp constable precinct 2 offices at burnet road, roll that one more week. No other action required today: number 51 we did discuss the matter for counseling and education services. We'll have that back on on November eighth, 2005. Because we need a full complement of the court here at the time that we take action on that item. Which goes against my promise that we would take action today. But I think the affected parties would understand. 52, the matter involving the vincent g. Murdock resal deed. I move that we authorize the county judge to execute the prepared tax resale deed to vincent g. Murdock who has paid Travis County the sum of $3,541.39 in cash.
>> second.
>> discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. On the next item, number 53, I move that we authorize the county judge to sign the proposed tax resale deed to mary anne ramirez who has paid Travis County the sum of $10 in cash for this matter. It's a complicated legal transaction. That's why the amount is so small, but justice is being served.
>> second.
>> discussion? All in favor? That is by unanimous vote. On item number 54 I move that we authorize the county judge to sign the prepared tax resale deed to hunaid halai resale deed who has paid Travis County the sum of $2,250 in cash.

>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. We did not discuss 61 and 62, and they were not announced. Those will be back on the court's agenda next week. There is a meeting between samsung representatives and county staff, including two Commissioners on Thursday, so hopefully there will be good news and something to act on next week. Also in item number a-2 we discussed very, very briefly. We'll have that back on next week, November first of '05. And between now and then hopefully Commissioner Gomez and I will have an opportunity to meet with ms. Perez and if necessary others to prepare for next week's session. Now --
>> [inaudible - no mic].
>> I?m about to go back to that. Now, what did tracy say? I just saw her down there.
>> [inaudible - no mic].
>> okay. Turning back to the agenda, there were two or three items that we hoped to get to today, but will not, and if we go from the front to the back, item 20 a and b we will have on next week. It's entwined with the a-2 item. 20 a and b will be back on next week. And 39 and 40, both of which involve the Travis County hospital district, we'll have those back on hopefully try to reach those much earlier in the day. Since those individuals did wait for us this afternoon. And item number 12 we'll have back on next week also. I beg your pardon? Number nine? Yes, sir. That will be the eighth, November 8th. Anything else today?
