Consent Items

View captioned video.

The consent items are next, and posted for consent are c-1 through 9. C-1 through c-9. And would anyone like for us to discuss any of these items separately? We've been asked to consider the following items to the consent motion. If you would like for us to discuss any of these separately, please say so as we call out the number. Number 10. 12. 13-a and b. Number 14 and 15. Two items we had public hearings on. Number 16 at a cost of $7,000, roughly. The other entities are contributing and that is a good program. There's $31 million out there if we can help eligible residents access it. 31 million of federal money. Number 19. By the way, no budget amendments so we don't need number 18. 19 and 20. 21-a and b. 23. 24. These are purchasing items. 25. 26. 27. 30. I guess on 29 for -- tamara had reservations. I guess how serious are the reservations and if they are serious to discuss, let us know otherwise we'll bring it up and approve it. 30-a and b. 31. 33. 33 will not be part of the consent motion. 32-a, b and c we'll call up this afternoon shortly after 1:30. We have consultants coming down on that item. 35. 36. And 37.
>> move approval.
>> yes, sir. Second the motion to approve.
>> we do have a signed copy on number 8, given the fact we have [inaudible] we'll bring that up?
>> we'll have to go back and pick 8 up.
>> we did get the bells to sign the agreement.
>> any objection to adding number 8 to the consent motion? We did get a letter acknowledging receipt of the county letter. So 8 is part of the consent also. Would anyone like for us to pull any of these items for separate discussion?
>> judge, on 32-a, I would like to abstain on that.
>> would anyone like us to pull any items for separate discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. I’m sorry, commission, what item were you mentioning?
>> 32. I know you brought it up, but I want to show my continued abstention on that.
