A-1. Consider and take appropriate action on consideration to clarify court decision on pay grade for project manager and other positions in the county courts technology team. I think mike visited with most of us and it looks like the Commissioner court did approve a package deal and we authorized the project manager, 1) whose pay grade is 25 and we also authorized business analyst 3 at 23 and a systems engineer, two at 23. Move that we clarify our position by confirming that we authorized these three. Project manager would be hired first, if there is an opportunity to underfill and save money, that will be done at usual.
>> yeah f you authorize the position, they can always be filled at one lower than the authorized position. I just wanted to make sure it was clear with h.r. That those are the positions authorized in the budget so that they can get this posted.

>> yeah, and just as a reminder they are effective December 1 but the judges would obviously like the get the position of the manager posted to they can review the resumes and hire and then have that person be involved in the hiring of the other two positions.
>> in the future we ought to clarify where there is to be a subsequent review, but in this case we authorize. Discussions? All those in favor. That passes by unanimous vote, is that good enough?
