That brings us to executive session session, y'all. 40. Receive legal advice and take appropriate action on county policy and legal standards regarding speech activities on Travis County property and facilities. That's the consultation with attorney exception to the open meetings act. 41. Discuss and take appropriate action regarding the property at 10409 burnet road.

Consider and take appropriate action on approval of first amendment to lease at 205-209 west 9th street. That's the consultation with attorney exception to the open meetings act. And that's the real property exception to the open meetings act. We previously announced that 43 will be pulled until further notice. 44. Receive legal advice and take appropriate action on request for Travis County to provide comments to tceq and lcra on applications by lazy nine/sweetwater development. That's the consultation with attorney exception to the open meetings act. 45. Receive briefing from the county attorney in Travis County, et al v. Leslie gill and sue gill (tracy spear resale deed), and take appropriate action. Consultation with attorney. 46. Receive briefing from the county attorney in Travis County, et al v. George b. Hatley company (michael o. Scheinberg resale deed), and take appropriate action. Consultation with attorney. 47. Receive briefing from the county attorney in Travis County, et al v. Ralph and helen c. Bayley (jinsong wu resale deed), and take appropriate action. Consultation with attorney exception to the open meetings act. 48. Receive briefing from the county attorney regarding offer to purchase resale property by fic investment usa corporation in the following tax lawsuits, and take appropriate action. A. Travis County, et al v. J.w. Small; b. Travis County, et al v. Dean l. Barbaranne; c. Travis County, et al v. Richard d. Stever; d. Travis County, et al v. James and debra nash; e. Travis County, et al v. Donald r. Hertenberger, jr.; f. Travis County, et al v. Carol gleichner; and g. Travis County, et al v. Lilu yuen. All of these are Travis County lawsuits versus those names and 48 is posted under the consultation with attorney exception to the open meetings act, also. We will meet in executive session to discuss the announced items, but will return to open court before we take any action.


we have returned from executive session where we discussed the following items: number 40 regarding the speech activities on Travis County property and facilities policy. Move that we approve the draft policy with the changes recommended by legal counsel, that we put that in final shape for distribution to the public upon request, and that we have this back on the court's agenda on October 25th, October 25th, Tuesday, at nine a.m. For public hearing.

>> discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. We did not discuss item 41. That will be back on next week. 42 we did discuss and I move that we approve the proposed first amendment to the lease at 205 through 209 west ninth street.

I move that we authorize the county judge to work with legal counsel to prepare a response to the requesting Travis County residents setting forth what we have found in the application, and also outlining the general approach that Travis County will take to put in final shape subdivision rules, and also to discuss specific wastewater issues in the future.

>> any discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. Item number 45, I move that we authorize the county judge to sign on behalf of Travis County the proposed tax resale deed to tracy spear, who has paid Travis County the sum of $5,557 in cash.

>> discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. Item number 46 I move that we authorize the county judge to sign the prepared tax resale deed to michael o.scheinberg, who has paid Travis County the sum of $12,220.41.

>> discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. On item number 47 I move that we authorize the county judge to sign the proposed tax retail deed to jinsong wu, who has paid Travis County the sum of $4,525.10 in cash.

>> discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. And on item number 48, I move that we authorize the county judge to sign the proposed tax resale deed to fic investment u.s.a. Corporation, which has paid Travis County -- by the way, all of the specific details about the deeds are found in the deed that we have prepared by legal counsel. Tract number 1, for which the corporation has paid $13,051.41. Tract number 2 for which the county has received $6,055.47. Tract number three for which the county has received $9,824.37. Tract number 4, for which the county has received $8,426.73. Travis County number 5, for which the county has received... Tract number 6 for which the county has received $3,619.09. And tract number 7 for which the county has received $6,644.24. Again, all of these are in one deed made out to fic investment u.s.a. Corporation.
