4. Receive comments regarding a request to consider temporarily closing lund road north between lund carlson road and the Travis County line beginning on October 12, 2005 for approximately three weeks for the purpose of filming a movie in precinct one.
>> move to open the public hearing.

>> all in favor? That passes unanimously.
>> yes, periodically we have request from filming companies to close roads. But during the filming we do that for public safety. It will be a three-week closure. There's a detour map as you have seen in the backup, basically provides for a -- around the affected area for through traffic. People who live along the road will still have access to the property.
>> for the notification, joe, those folks will be notified properly?
>> there has been a notice posted in the field with regard to the -- to the hearing today and the posted closure.
>> the detour is a comparable distance?
>> as best as you can get in this next of the woods -- in this neck of the woods. Basically farmland. The road grid is probably not as dense as you might get it closer to the city, but it is a reasonable alternate route.
>> would anyone like to give testimony during this public hearing?
>> move that the public hearing be closed.
>> second.
