Number 3 is a public hearing to receive comments regarding temporarily closing oxsheer drive between grimes ranch road and oxen way for a block party from 5:00 p.m. Until 12:00 midnight on October 15, 2005 (and in case of rain on October 22, 2005) in precinct three.

>> this is a request to close a portion of a road, for a block party as you have stated in the agenda request. We have had similar requests for short-term closures for such events and would recommend to the court that this is probably not a major issue for the county. This is a -- we have a standard practice of allowing block parties and parades for short periods.

>> okay, if you would give us your full name, we would be happy to get your comments.
>> melissa [indiscernible] and I’m at 308 oxen, there will be five homes blocked with this, I September in a fax with everyone's signatures, all of the home owner's signatures. Everyone is in favor and planning to attend if you approve it.

>> did he need to be. If he would like to make an appearance, he's welcome. He has to bring his own entree.
>> he promises not to try to give a speech, to come and have fun.
