Number 2 is a public hearing to receive comments regarding a request to consider temporarily closing old manor road for bridge construction for approximately six months between October 12, 2005 and April 15, 2006 in precinct 1.

>> this bridge is a county c.i.p. Project. We are totally removing the existing bridge and building a new one in its place because it was substandard to begin with. So we are recommending the closure, local traffic will be able to get to -- to portions of the road. Just not go across where the bridge was during this period of closure. There was a -- there is a detour route which we would take through traffic out through u.s. 290 and around the construction site. 290 is a parallel highway to old manor road. There may be public testimony this morning with regard to closure.

>> for safety I guess we need to do this.
>> that's right.
>> would anyone like to give testimony during this public hearing? If so please come forward.
