Consent Items
In terms of the consent items, posted for consent are c-1 through c-4. C-1 through c-4. And we've been asked to consider adding the following items to the consent motion: if you would like for us to discuss any of these separately, please say so as we call out the number of the item. Number 8, 9, 10, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18, 19, 19-a and b, 20, 21-a and b. 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, we had a public hearing on, 28-a and b. 33. And that's 33-a. 34. Any issues on 34?
>> 34, I thought that not be put on consent?
>> actually there's a memo from p.b.o. Saying they are -- it is the transfer out of the [inaudible] reserve.
>> I’m not going to support.
>> 34 will not be part of the consent motion. We'll call it up separately. 35. 36. 37. 38. 40. 41. And 42.
>> move approval of consent.
>> second.
>> would anyone like for us to discuss any of these separately? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
