Consent Items
Let's jump to the consent item, then we will come back to the special item there. That budget item will probably take us about 15, 20 minutes from now. Now, on the consent motion, posted for consent are c 1 through c 4, and I show those to be ready. C 1 through c 4. We have been asked to consider adding the following items to the consent motion. If you would like for us to discuss any of these separately, please say so as we call out the number of the item. Number 5, number 6, we have been asked to pull number 7 and forget it, it won't be back on we've been promised. Number 10, 11.
>> I have a question on 11.
>> 11 will not be part of the consent motion. Number 12, 13, 14, 16, 17, 18, 19, now, on item no. 20, and -- instead of 81 acres, it should be 27.98 acres. But legal counsel advises that we can make that change verbally. And still add this item to the consent motion. So I recommend that we do that. Change 81 acres to 27.98 acres.
>> is that 81 lots?
>> it's still 81 lots.
>> yeah. But they have the acreage and the lots the same.
