We have come to the consent motion finally. And posted for consent are c-1 through c-5. We have been asked to consider adding a long list of items to the consent motion. If you would like for us to discuss any of these separately, please say so as we call out the number. Number 5. 8. 9.

>> judge, let me ask -- I know that we have the applicant here, is there anything that the applicant were to address the court with today? I know there are some -- there are a lot of concerns about 12, but, okay, that's fine. Thanks, joel.
>> all of 12 is on the motion, right?
>> yes.
>> 13. All of it. A, b and c. 15. 16. 17, same as this year, right? 18.
>> judge, let me ask about 18.
>> 18 not -- 18 is not part of the motion. 21. Nope, back up to 19. 19. 21. 23. 24. 25-a and b. 26. 27. 28. Any issues with 29?
>> I think we just need to read into the record it's [inaudible] alan plumber and associates.
>> alan plumber and associates is the highest ranked official. Any issues with that? 29 will be part of the consent agenda then. 30-a and b. 31. 35. 37. 38. And 41.
>> move approval.

>> would anyone like for us to pull any of these items for separate discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
