36, consider and take appropriate action to set elected officials' salaries for f.y. '06. There was one that we left pending. The d.a. And he did give us information to share. Is there any reason why we wouldn't just put this with the compensation issues tomorrow?
>> since he has already waived his [inaudible], I don't think that it would cause any harm.
>> I talked to him today and told him I thought tomorrow would probably be when we pull up the comp issues. He wants us to compare his salary with that of other urban d.a.s and I think we ought to. Ms. Wilson.

>> can we recess this item today and call it up tomorrow?
>> yes, you can recess this one.
>> so if we recess this item at the close of business today, which hopefully will be very soon, as long as we take it back up tomorrow within 24 hours, we're in good shape, right? Okay.
>> would it be too much of a pain to see if we can get the information for bexar county district attorney because that is one of our usual suspects that we look at in terms of what's going on in the big five, the big five always includes bexar county. I am not going there on el paso or nueces. Bexar county is considered another one of our peer counties.
>> let's get all of them. We need that data. Put to it good use. Anything else on 36? It will be taken care of during markup. Let's add that to the markup list, mr. Christian.
