14 is consider and take appropriate objection an agreement with the kennedy ridge water supply corporation for cost participation, utility relocation, for road immaterial praofrplts.
>> as you know, we have some road immaterial praopltsz going on, drainage improvements. We have conflicts with the existing utility lines. Under this agreement the kennedy ridge water corporation agrees to reimburse the county because of their utilities. We will proceed to adjust the utilities because we need to do that to move on with our drainage project. Right now we expect those will be in the neighborhood of 40 to 50,000. With the agreement has a not to exceed, basically a 75,000. Because we weren't -- once you get in there, you may find some other stuff that you have to adjust as well. So we're prepared to go ahead and proceed to pay for the improvements with the proviso that we have an agreement with the corporation to pay us back.
>> okay. There's no way to do the drainage work without utility relocation being done first.
>> wouldn't make sense.
