33-a, consider and take appropriate action on the following, a, a request from the Travis County hospital district to amend the district's five '05 budget to recognize additional revenue and an equivalent, and this is a whole lot simpler than it reads. Right? Exactly what is it?
>> the purpose of this amendment is simply to reflect an increased amount of intergovernmental transfer that's necessary to go up to the federal government to bring down the federal match, and then the outlay to seton that's due under the lease agreement. It's a net send up pass-through, there's no effect on revenue to district. It's just to reflect the additional amount.
>> they will get more back than they send up. That's why it's important.
