32, consider and take appropriate action regarding policy for public demonstrations on Travis County property and facilities. My name is on there but I don't know why in the world it is.
>> have it back on next week with some backup. Because I don't have any.
>> I mean isn't this the thing that came about because of some people wanting to do some demonstration in the parking garage?
>> [inaudible] guidelines about what is considered public space versus not.
>> I don't know why we would bother with it really.
>> I don't know why my name was on it.
>> it may make sense for us to get a legal briefing. I mean, you know, these demonstrations have been taking place forever, it seems. I’m sure there's a body of rule that sets guidelines. But that was stopped and they asked me what I thought about it and I said stop it. But there are plenty of places -- they come in the courtroom all the time. As far as I know, nobody has never asked them not to. In the courtroom, outside on the sidewalk, as long as people can conduct public business. Maybe we ought to post this for a legal briefing for us.
>> I think [inaudible] kind of wanted to give us insight on that. They kind of got into a territory related to hanging banners off the parking garage and being up on the parking garage in a place that formally that's not where the general public goes, it is a private parking garage related to the parking. It's not accessible to the general public. It's a question -- it's kind of a new area that got raised and I think a briefing is excellent.
>> maybe they thought it was the words of the fallen angel.
>> apparently we don't let anybody else like skaters or anybody else like that skated in the parking lot for I guess personal injury liability.
>> exactly.
>> we'll get a legal briefing on that next week. How is that? Okay.
