Corporations
Let's call to order the Travis County housing finance corporation, Travis County health facilities development corporation capital health facilities development corporation capital industrial development corporation Travis County cultural education facilities finance corporation Travis County developme and -- development authority, all of which are called to order. One item common to all of the corporations and the authority and that is 1. Consider and take appropriate action on request to approve amendment one to the contract for accounting, administrative and clerical services between Travis County and the Travis County corporations. Mr. Davis?
>> good afternoon. I’m harvey Davis, manager for the corporations. The amendment increases the amount that the corporations will pay Travis County for fy '06 to $122,795, the original contract provided the payment to Travis County to be 92,237. The reason for the increase is to provide the funds for the half time employee that -- that you all approved on July 19th.
>> and do -- did we see the pro rated shares at some other time, have we seen them already?
>> you will see them in October when we make the actual payment because the pro rated share is based on the fund balance as of September 30th.
>> it all makes sense to me, that's why I move approval.
>> second.
