Housing Finance Corporation
Now let's call to order the Travis County housing finance corporation. One item. Consider and take appropriate action on request to approve an in voice for administrative fees from hunter and hunter consultants.
>> good afternoon, harvey Davis, manager for the corporation. I’m asking the board to approve a $3,000 invoice from hunter and hunter, our consultant for the home buyer assistance program. He earns the fee once 21 loans are closed and reimbursement has been received by the kopgs from the state. I do represent that that has been accomplished. We've closed 30 loans to date and 26 have been reimbursed by the state. This approval I recommend being conditioned on receiving funding from the state for this $3,000. That's a source of paying its fee, the administrative fees that we receive from Texas department of housing and community apairs.

>> this is a normal-type deal that we do?
>> yes. We've approved --

>> we've approved one invoice about four months ago from hunter.
