Consent Items

View captioned video.

The consent items are next. And posted for consent are c-1 through c-4. C-1 through c-4. And we've pwr-pb asked to add the following items to the consent motion. If you would like to discuss these as we call out the number, please say on. Number 4.
>> judge, I want to discuss that.
>> number 4 will not be part of the concept motion. Number 6. 7. Number 8. 13. 14. 15-a and b. 16. 17-a and b. 19. 20. 21.
>> i've got a quick thing on 21.
>> 21 will not be part of the consent motion. 22. By the way, 22 we have been asked to note for the record approval contingent upon village of bee cave approval. I understand it's posted on the bee cave city council agenda after today. So our approval is condition upon approval by the city of bee cave. Otherwise 22 is part of the consent motion, and I guess we will hold up delivery of 22 until after the city of bee cave has had a chance to act. Hold up meaning delay delivery. Or delay filing. Okay? 25 in its entirety. So 25-a, b, c, d, e and f. 26. 28. 30, and I guess for the court and county clerk, a lot of those have no appointments made so that means we need to keep working with the clerk to identify election judges asap. Okay? And that will do it for consent.
>> move approval of con sent.
>> would anyone like for us to pull any of these items for separate discussion? All in favor of the motion? That passes by unanimous vote.
