On 30 consider and take appropriate action to adopt strategy and schedule to select emergency services coordinating, we got a lot of applications, they need to be short listed. Commissioners court need to choose a date when all of us are available to do the interviews. We need an afternoon. I’m assuming that we will need to take probably 45 minutes per interview. Do we need [indiscernible] the staff that we got? I believe that subcommittee is Commissioner Sonleitner and Daugherty, right? Have we been officially tasked with that, I think we were taking a look at things that had come in, I’m happy to do, judge, I’m saying I certainly have not thought about we're needing to short list. We will get it together.

>> [indiscernible] long ago in my recollection. But even with a short list, though, the five of us need to get together for an afternoon.
>> absolutely.
>> that we are available.
>> so -- so -- do we need to -- do I need to get my staff to check around for an afternoon that's available for the interviews? This person works for the whole court, so we need to try to work hard to get all of us there, right?
>> is the thought it's not a Tuesday, not on a Thursday work session date? Just asking the question out loud.
>> we may have to choose an off week, off work session week?
>> Thursday.
>> > a Thursday?
>> what if we shoot for that? I think we can give ourselves from 1:00, to 5:00, 30 to 45 minutes per interview, if we could get down to five or six, rather than 10.
>> that's my next question. You want us to get down to what kind of question, judge.
>> I think five or six.
>> I think the other thing that I would say is let's take advantage of michael tumble and danny who is probably available if we let him know in advance we need him to informally go through some stuff that. Will help us.
>> certainly we are going to need the help of h.r., very helpful in the past of helping us get to the one that's absolutely met the minimum qualifications.
>> this is on 30?
>> yes.
>> the emergency services coordinator?
>> yes.
>> and my fear is that on the heels of the emergency services coordinator election or election process, would be the other -- okay.
>> that's it?
>> that's it on that one. But if you sit right there, there's a similar one and that is number 23. We will have number 30 back on when we need it, okay?
