Number 1 is a public hearing to receive comments on a request to authorize the filing of an instrument to vacate a 25-foot drainage easement on the south side of lots 22 through 30 locate understand stone any ridge section 5 b a subdivision in precinct 4. All in favor? That passes unanimously.
>> good morning. Joe gieselman with the transportation and natural resources department. The five foot drainage easement is no longer necessary because the way the lots were graded and now transfer the water to a new location, the engineer is certified towards the redesign or regrading of the lot. So it's basically vacating a drainage easement that is no longer necessary. And I do not know of any objections to this request.
