Consultation with attorney and security matters. 45, receive briefing from county attorney in Travis County, et all, versus alvin and georgia m. Davidson. 76 artland investments, llc resale deed and take appropriate action. Consultation with attorney. 46, receive briefing from the county attorney in Travis County versus gene francis miller and take appropriate action. And our final item today, 51, receive briefing from county attorney and take appropriate action in rosenbaum versus Travis County, consultation with attorney exception to the open meetings act. We will discuss these items in executive session but will return to open court before taking any action.


we have returned from executive session where we discussed the following items. Number 42 involving an employee slot number 2 and the precinct 2 constable's office. I think we need more time to mull over this and it will be back on the court's agenda July 12 when we will have a full come complement of members. 43 will being back on the agenda also. 44 involving ken rush versus Travis County, that will be back on the court's agenda July 12 of '05. Number 45 is the matter involving the resale deed to 76 artland investments, llc, resale deed. Move we authorize the county judge to sign the proposed resale deed on behalf of the Travis County Commissioners court to 76 artplant investments which has paid to Travis County the sum of $6,436 in cash.

I move that we authorize the county judge to sign the drafted tax resale deed to shannon slachter, s-l-a-c-h-t-e-r, who has paid Travis County $5,498.02.

>> discussion? That passes by unanimous vote. On item 47 I move the county judge to sign the proposed tax resale deed to brian thomas murphy who has paid Travis County the sum of $22,685 in cash.

>> all in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. Number 48, I move that we authorize the county judge to signist proposed tax resale deed to jacqueline stone who has paid Travis County the sum of $8,214.65 in cash.

Between now and then we will see if we can negotiate with the claimant and hopefully try to resolve that matter. Now, that does it for the Commissioners court today.
