Consent Items
Posted for consent are c-1 through c-5. We have been asked to consider adding the following items to the consent motion. If you would like for us to discuss these separately, please say so as we call out the number. All of number 4, that is 4-a through 4- e, appointments to the new fire code board of review. Number 5. 6-a and b. Number 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 14-a and b. 15-a and b. 16. The three items that we had the public hearings on, 17, 18 and 19. 20-a and b. 21-a -- no, 21, rather. 21. 22. 23, and that should be trust deed with Travis County in 23, same as in 22. Actually we hold the deed of trust basically in lieu of a fiscal. Any issues with 24? A and b. I didn't check it. It's fairly straightforward, isn't it? 24-a and b, any issues? Okay. 26. 25 we really need to discuss briefly, make sure the public is aware of that. 26. 27. 28. 31. 32. 33. 35. Casting of the special session, 35. 36. 37. 38. 38 is the last one.
