39 is to consider and take appropriate action on issues regarding the 79th Texas legislature including the following: a., a review of legislation considered and acted upon during the regular session, and b, the governor's proclamation calling for a special session and issues likely to be considered. I am not sure there's anything to discuss under this today. I put it on because the legislature is in special session. I know at some point we need to get a status report. It can wait until July 12th, probably should wait, but I didn't know whether there were emergency issues like on revenue caps or not. So we just will have this back on next week.
