Number 3 is a public hearing to receive comments regarding request to temporarily close saddle mountain trail and capistrano trail for a yearly July 4th parade in precinct 3. The request is to close the road between 9:40 a.m. And 10:45 or 9:45 and 10:45 a.m. On July 4th. All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
>> again, this is a request, we have made this closure on many years in the past to accommodate the neighborhood's request for the July 4th parade.
>> close it for one hour and they've done this previously.
>> and most of this area that they are closing are streets that serve the residents who are likely to be part of this parade.
>> would anyone like to give testimony during this public hearing? Move the public hearing be closed.
