Number 2 is a public hearing to receive comments on requests to authorize the filing of an instrument to vacate a 10-foot drainage easement on lot 2 and a 5-foot public utility easement crossing lots 2 and 3 located in knollwood b, a subdivision in precinct 3.

>> as you stated, this is both a drainage easement and public utility easement. In owner has requested the vacation because a house that he built encroaches on portions of the easement. The engineer has indicated that the drainage easement is not necessary because it's not -- there's no concentrated flow. And all the public utility companies have been notified and have released their interest in the portion to be vacated. I do not know of any objection to the request.
