Consent Items
Consent items are next. Consent c 1 through c 8, posted for consent. I show those to be ready. We have been asked to consider adding the following items to the consent motion if you would like for us to discuss any of these separately, please say so as I call out the --

>> number 5, number 6, 7, 8 was postponed, number 9, 11, a long list of purchasing items here, 12, 13, 14,.
>> is 14 simply to send the demand letter, judge.
>> yes.
>> not a problem.
>> 14 send us a letter, we will assume the it is resolved.
>> number 15, 17 -- got that --
>> yes.
>> 18, 19, 20, 21, let's take up 22 after executive session.
>> judge, on 21 we need to include the name haff & associates as the firm that was highest ranked.
>> that's fine, that's the recommendation.
>> uh-huh.
>> any issues with that?
>> no.
>> now -- the kind of judge that will try to -- the county judge will try to remember to put that in the agenda item next time. 23 the one we had the public hearing on the first one. 24, all of 24. 25, 26, 27, 30, all of 31, so 31 a, b, c, any issues on 32? Do we need to discuss that? We did reach agreement on that one.
>> no, everything looked good on that, judge.
>> all right. 32, 33, 34, 35, 36 we did postpone, right? 36 we postponed.
>> we did?
>> we have been asked by the applicant to postpone that --
>> until?
>> I think they are trying to work out some issues with the el campo. 37, 38 a and b. And -- that's the last one.
>> I have a question on 38.
>> okay. 38 will not be part of the consent motion.
>> move approval.
>> would anyone like for us to pull any of these items for separate discussion.
>> a clarification, is 22 in or out? I took a pause writing?
>> 22 after executive session.
>> after executive session. All right, judge.
>> I have no issues with that, but I think we need to have that discussion.
>> it's tied to something there, yeah.
>> all right. Would anyone like for us to pull any of these items for separate discussion? All in favor of the motion? That passes by unanimous vote.
