Number two is basically a public hearing to receive comments on the following items for springbrook ii business park, a subdivision in precinct two: a. Vacation of a portion of right-of-way, that's what row stands for there, right? Along picadilly drive, b. Partial vacation of springbrook industrial park, section 2; and c. Springbrook ii business park, a replat of a portion of springbrook industrial park, section 2 (short form - 12 lots - 14.240 acres - picadilly drive - no fiscal required - sewage service to be provided by windermere utility co - city of Pflugerville e.t.j.]

>> when the original subdivider opened this property, he provided 10 feet of right-of-way for pick dilley drive. It is partially offset from the right-of-way. What this replatting does is correct it so that the road is put in the additional right-of-way that was provided for the roadway where it was built. The remaining right-of-way that is no longer needed for the right-of-way is being incorporated into the lots that are fronting on to the roadway. And then the remaining of the plat is subdivided into 10 commercial lots. 10.23 acres into 10 commercial lots. It's really a cleanup item that gets the road where it's actually built and relinquishes the remaining of the right-of-way. I do not know of any objection to this replat.
