Number is a public hearing to receive comments regarding a plat for recording in precinct three: perro cafe, resubdivision of a portion of lot 1, klassen addition (short form plat - 1 lot - 2.86 acres - river hills road - no fiscal required - sewage service to be provided by on-site septic - city of Austin e.t.j..)

>> just, the perro cafe, otherwise known as dog cafe. But it is a subdivision that is being replatted into three lots from one lot to three lots. The two -- actually the two lots are out parcels, not incorporated into the plat. So that is the only difference, typically, when someone replats, they are forming lots. In this case only one lot is being platted, the other two are not. And that's -- that's somewhat unusual, but it is legal. And I do not know of any objection to the replat.
