Health Facilities Development Corporation
Now let's call to order the Travis County health facilities development corporation. One item, consider and take appropriate action on request to approve change to the policy guide leans with regarding the processing fee for non-corporation issuers of bonds.
>> good afternoon, harvey Davis, manager for the corporation. A couple weeks ago you approved updating the policy guidelines. One of the questions that president Biscoe asked was about the language on the processing fee where it stated out of county issuers, that perhaps there could be an issuer that was in county. So I did consult with our attorney, cliff blunt, and have recommended that this language for the processing fee, instead of saying out of county issuer, would say issuer other than the corporation. That makes it clear, we believe, as far as who this would apply to.
>> okay. So processing fee for non-corporation issuer, whose language is that?
>> whose language?
>> in the agenda item.
>> well, that was my language in the skwr-pbd item. [laughter]
>> I’m not trying to put you on the spot, mr. Davis. But we think the -- a better description is -- what language did you just recommend?
>> issuer other than the corporation. Instead of out-of-county issuer.
>> okay.
>> there are several issuers in Travis County that could issue these, we would want that to apply to is the reason for the change.
>> and so the long is in d of your memo, other fees.
>> yes, the first d.
>> and deleting the second d.
>> yes, sir.
>> questions? Move approval.
