Now let's call to order the Travis County cultural education facilities finance corporation. The only item is 1, consider and take appropriate action on request to adopt policy guidelines for receiving and approving applications for financial participation.
>> and this is to -- because the -- this corporation has not had policy guidelines, the other ones was the update, this is new policy guidelines, but the new policy guidelines that we're recommending, again mirror the Travis County development corporation as far as the fees and the application fees.
>> mr. Davis is becoming more lawyer-like in his senior years here at the county, I believe. Cliff blunt been spending a lot of time with you? Or is that explanation your own?
>> he's a good teacher, yes, sir.
