Number two is a public hearing to receive comments regarding a plat for recording in precinct 2, resubdivision of lot 1, block h, north park, section five, grand avenue parkway, no fiscal required, sewage service to be provided by windermere water supply corporation, city of Pflugerville e.t.j.

>> all in favor? That passes unanimously.
>> Travis County has capital improvement projects on grand avenue parkway. In the process of realigning that parkway, we vacated a portion of Pflugerville loop. The owner of this one lot is asking to basically combine the vacated right-of-way with the lot that existed prior to the abandonment, making a larger commercial lot. In the process he's also dedicating some additional right-of-way that the county needed on grand avenue parkway. So it's basically constituting a new lot, part to be formed by the original lot, plus the vacated right-of-way.

>> do not know of any.
>> would anyone like to give testimony during this public hearing? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote. That will be action item number 20 on today's agenda.
