Number one is a public hearing to receive comments regarding a plat for recording in precinct 3, revised plat for lots 22 and 23, block mm, valley lake hills, section one, short form plat, two lots, .499 acres, janet loop, no fiscal required, sewage service to be on-site septic. No municipal e.t.j.

>> the owner of these two lots has asked to basically revise the common lot line of the houses that he has built on the lot line. He is now asking to revise the description of the lot line to avoid being underneath the houses there. It affects no other prone are and I know of no comment adverse to the request.
>> would anyone like to give testimony during this public hearing? If so, please come forward.
>> move the public hearing be closed.
