Number 2 is a public hearing to receive comments on a proposed street name assignment for a private easement off d-k ranch road to be known as "d-k ranch court n. Project 3. All in favor? That passes unanimously.
>> carol joseph, tnr. The developers of d-k ranch has a private easement, a joint use access road they would like to name for emergency purposes only and it is still going to be maintained by them, not us, doesn't require any additional maintenance by Travis County. We recommend approval.
>> and the 911 people agree with the recommendation?

>> would anyone like to give testimony during this public hearing?
