We have been asked to postpone item number 35 for one more week. So that will be back on may 31st. 33 is to receive briefing from county attorney and take appropriate action in rosen balm versus Travis County. That's that's the consultation with attorney exception to the open meetings act 34, receive briefing from county attorney and take appropriate action on counter settlement offer in michelle fought versus Travis County et al. >> and 36 is to consider and take appropriate action regarding opportunity to lease or purchase real estate in south central Austin. That's the real estate exception to the open meetings act. We will discuss these items in executive session, but will return to open court before taking any action.


we have returned from executive session where we discussed the following items, number 33.
>> rosenbaum versus Travis County.
>> yes, if you would allow me, the court would allow me, I’m going to set up a meeting with mr. Rosenbaum, get back with further information by the 7th of June.
>> okay, we'll have it back on the 7th of June. Anything else on this item? 34 involving michelle faulk versus Travis County, move that we authorize Travis County to counter the settlement offer in the amount of $3,000 and indicate our decision to cover expenses in the amount of one thousand dollars, to award [indiscernible] per day to arrive at $3,000.
>> would you make that as an offer of judgment of how we would word that in terms of the offer.

We previously postponed 35 until next week, may 31st, did not discuss that item today. 36, the opportunity to purchase real estate in south central Austin, I move that we authorize appropriate county personnel to continue leasing negotiations and we will have this matter back on the court's agenda next week, may 31st in the event that we need it. >> when melanie mcfee is getting set up that big me, I don't know if it's a half day, full day thing with the landfill consultant, neil seldon I think is his name. That's for next Wednesday. I know that I personally intend to be at the neil seldon thing, I don't know if we are going to have quorum issues or not. I want to say out loud I do intend to go to that meeting next Wednesday, June 1. If we do have others that are intending to go --
