Good afternoon, I’m harvey Davis, manager for the corporation, the invoice is for $1,800, this is the three-year recycling funds, note program. And this is in our budget and -- and so I -- so I recommend the board approve the -- the invoice.

The invoices is -- are to lakeview apartments for 698.38 and metropolis apartments for $457.71. The invoices were calculated based on the time that we spent on the audit. Plus gas mileage.
