Consent Items

View captioned video.

Posted for consent are c 1 through c 6. C 5 is simply to set a public hearing on June the 14th, 2005. We have got questions about that. We have been asked to consider adding the following items to the consent motion. And if you would like for us to discuss these separately, please say so as we call out the number. Number 3, 4, 5 in its entirety, 5-a 5-b, that extends the deadline to June 30th, for all of these contracts. Right? Number 6, 7,, all of 8, a 8 through 8 c. All of 9, 9 a through d. 10, 11, 12, 13, that we had the public hearing on, now, any issues on 14? That was the one that we got comments on during citizens communication from mr. Winkler. 15--
>> I’m sorry, is 14 on.
>> 14 was on, right?
>> as far as I’m concerned, 14.
>> 15, no items on 22? 23 in its entirety, 23 a and b. 24, no items on 25, 27, 31, a 4, let's pn a 1 -- let's pn a 1 until next week. There's still a little work that needs to be done on that. A little --
>> judge remember [indiscernible] didn't have a specific time. That's as far as the celebration and -- and it would be good to maybe see exactly what the time is for that event.
>> I have no idea what time.
>> we have already found out what the time is.
>> what time is it?
>> from 10:00 to 2:00.
>> a 4 from 10:00 to 2:00.
>> I do think that there needs to be something in writing because last year when the weather got better on the weekends, some people were kind of [indiscernible] if two or three groups show up, maybe good for the group authorized to use the premises to be able to [indiscernible] [multiple voices]
>> bring it back next week.
>> that's fine with me.
>> [indiscernible]
>> yeah.
>> we need to check with the constable and j.p. Of precinct 1 and they have -- we did check and they have no other activities planned.
>> did we have 18 on there, judge? Because that's -- 1.12? 18 is fine with me. Any objections to 18 being part of the consent motion?
>> thank you.
>> would anyone like for us to pull any of these items for separate discussion?
>> judge, I would just like to [indiscernible] minor changes were causing [indiscernible] [inaudible - no mic]
>> there's a motion.
>> any more discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
>> I was going to ask --
>> we heard you loud and clear. That's why we did it during citizens communication. There were no other issues as far as I know. We took your comments under advisement. We are limited as to what we can do as a county in the subdivision applications. Typically, if you contact us before the agenda, we can check with staff and have concerns addressed. That came to us as really a fairly routine item today. But -- when we look at backup, it was -- there was nothing to indicate that there was -- that there was something out of the ordinary, which is why when you showed up during citizens communication, I looked and I had a consent recommendation on my agenda.
>> [inaudible - no mic]
>> yeah.
>> would it help for you to have a conversation with ms. Joseph to get some more information about that? She's --
>> could I ask information?
>> [inaudible - no mic]
>> my notes say probably between 10:30 and 10:45.
>> I didn't want to miss anything. But also you had -- you go so fast, I didn't want to stay around if it wasn't going to be. Thank you, judge.
>> thank you. Good to see you.
