Number 1 is a public hearing to receive comments on request to authorize the filing of an instrument to vacate a portion of a drainage easement along the back of lot 36 and a drainage and public utility easement along the common lot line of lots 36 and 37 located in long branch valley section 3, a subdivision in precinct 3.

>> carol joseph, t.n.r. The owners of lot 36 and 37 wish to vacate the drainage easement, the public utility easement as well as the common lot line. They have built a house that encroaches on a -- portions of the easement, the common lot line as well as the public utility easement. We've had no problems. We had the engineer come out and they've given us engineering to move the drainage easement to another section of lot 37 and we've had no issues with this item. I recommend approval.
