Housing Finance Corporation
We do need the Travis County housing finance corporation so let's call it to order. 1. Consider and take appropriate action on request to approve payment to deloitte & touche, llp for audit of the component unit corporations.
>> good afternoon, I’m harvey Davis, manager for the corporation, I’m asking board approval to pay deloitte and touche for the audit that has been completed. The amount that's -- for the housing finance corporation is $4,810.58 and as in past years this -- the fee, the total fee, which is $6,240 is allocated among the four corporations based on their fund balance at the end of the year. This audit is for the year ending September 30th, 19 -- September 30th, 2004.
>> and we have this much money in the corporation's account?
>> yes, sir, we do.

We will leave that open he may be here before we adjourn the corporation. 2. Consider and take appropriate action on request to approve an invoice for grant preparation services.
>> the amount of this invoice is $896.96. It's to hunter and hunter for the american dream down payment initiative grant that was sent April 29th on time, I do represent that the -- the grant application was a complete application. I will add that -- that for these funds, there was state-wide 10 -- $700,000 that was applied for by various entities and they have about 6 -- $6 million in funds to distribute. So I still believe our chances are excellent.
>> but services were rendered, the real value of which is 896.96.
>> yes. That's what was -- that was a little below the amount that was contracted for when the board approved mr. Hunter preparing the grant, which was approved by the board on March 15th, 2005.
