Receive comments regarding the total vacation of a recorded subdivision: creek view subdivision, as recorded in document 200300236, in precinct four (total plat vacation - 2 lots - 5.0 acres- thaxton road - no fiscal required - no sewage service provision involved in vacation - city of Austin 2-mile etj). All in favor? That passes unanimously.
>> good morning, joe gieselman with the transportation natural resources department. The valley view congregation of jehovah's witnesses owns both of these lots, they have requested leave to vacate both lots. They do meet county requirements. I do not know of any opposition to the proposed vacation.
>> would anyone like to give testimony on item no. 1?
>> move to close the public hearing.
>> second. All in favor that passes by unanimous vote. This will be action item no. 12 on today's agenda.
