10. Consider and take appropriate action on pre-award survey and waiver of county travel policy to authorize out of county aircraft assessment travel regarding purchase of replacement helicopters for Travis County, rfp no. P050037-bf. This is where the manufacturer would pay one hundred% of travel and it's necessary for county employees to to the manufacturer's location -- to go to the manufacturer's location and basically inspect, observe, try out their helicopters to determine basically whether they meet our specifications or whether we ought to purchase them, right?
