28 is to consider and take appropriate action on the election services with the Austin community college district for the may 7, 2005 election.
>> yes, ma'am. Another question. I just made a phone call to you to ask it. I remember we had an item a couple of weeks ago that because of our massive grant reimbursement that we were able to lower and pass on to the Austin city council folk related to the processing of that election. Were we able to incorporate that same price break into the acc portion as a member of that same election, that those had all happened? Because it looked like it was a standard contract and I couldn't tell if indeed that happened.
>> yes, the numbers are reflected in their budget. You can see the reason why a.c.c. Is a little bit higher than just the straight up sort of split that you would expect. It's because they had asked for a few more things. And it put in an option -- we do know it's going to be option 2. It's put in an option to you because they called us at the last minute and said we would like to add this. So while we were scrambling trying to figure out how do it, we have a deadline to you. So that's why you see it in this form. But they're going to use the extra locations.
>> very good. That's my only question.
>> move approval.
>> second.
>> discussion? All in favor? That passes by unanimous vote.
>> thank you. Have a good day.
