Number two is a public hearing to receive comments regarding a plat for recording in precinct three: partial vacation and replat of lot 10, block d, 11505 tx 71, phase 1 (short form plat - 1 lot - 1.4885 acres - musket rim (private) - no fiscal required - sewage service to be provided by lcra - village of Bee Caves e.t.j..)

>> carol joseph, t.n.r. The owners of lot 10 wish to vacate the drainage easement, which generally they thought was in the floodplain. As it turned out it was not in the floodplain and the not needed for a drainage easement. Then we plat into one lot. Lot 10. We've had no issues, no complaints with this item.
